PeopleNet Strengthens Sales Team

MINNEAPOLIS - February 28, 2006 - Capitalizing upon its recent success in the marketplace, PeopleNet, the leading provider of onboard computing and mobile communications systems to North American transportation operations, announced today the addition of a key industry veteran to enhance the company's sales efforts.

Named to the PeopleNet team was Mike Carriveau as account manager for the company's western region which encompasses California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada.

"Mike brings a wealth or relevant industry expertise to our sales team," according to Ron Konezny, chief operating officer. "He has developed an impressive track record of solving the problems faced by our customers and prospects. His unique understanding of transportation will position him to becoming a solid contributor to our success."

Carriveau has worked for the last 11 years in the commercial truck leasing industry, most recently for PacLease, a division of Paccar, in its San Jose, Calif. offices. He is a graduate of Seattle University with a degree in political science.
