This position within PeopleNet will be responsible for the revenue recognition accounting and reporting of the company. They will determine proper review recognition of all new and existing contracts and that the appropriate accounting treatment is applied. They will also supervise the Contracts Administrator, directing activities in line with revenue recognition policies and procedures.

The Client Analytics Administrator has primary responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of Vusion’s value-added services for Operational Analytics and Line Four log audit across all customers. Management of client data, data analysis inputs, Vusion programs and reports, along with issue resolution will involve the end-to-end oversight of the data, system, and all deliverables. Customer focus is essential, but must keep business goals in mind in order to maintain efficiency and productivity. Position will also involve managing a group of accounts with responsibility for fuel tax processing. This will ensure an ongoing understanding of the complete system architecture and client workflow.

PeopleNet is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – PeopleNet Fleet Manager. The qualified candidate will have considerable experience leading and testing data analysis and validation of data warehousing, data marts and reports.

PeopleNet is expanding its Tailored Solutions department and adding a technical consulting team. The Senior Tailored Solutions Specialist is responsible for high level in-depth troubleshooting and research with Custom Workflow applications, PeopleNet Hardware Solutions (as it pertains to Tailored Solutions) and other custom developed solutions for our customers. Manage the resolution of technical issues within the PeopleNet system and products by researching and escalating those issues to the appropriate technical teams. Also communicate the status of these escalations on a regular basis with the appropriate individuals, while ensuring they continue to move toward resolution. The primary purpose of this position is to continuously improve the quality and performance of PeopleNet’s products and services.

The Beta Analyst is responsible for supporting customers with troubleshooting and training during the Beta test validation of new PeopleNet products and features, ensuring both commercial release quality and Beta customer satisfaction. The qualified candidate will have strong analysis and problem solving skills with customer service experience. The ability to work both independently and as a team is essential, as well as the ability to maintain stability in a fast paced and rapid changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are key for finding success in this position.

The National Account Representative (NAR) will be dedicated to assisting the National Accounts Management (NAM) team in prospecting, proposing, evaluating, and closing, of large National Accounts in the United States for fleets that have 500 trucks or more as well as providing customer service when needed. Additionally, NAR will assist the NAM strategically in identifying opportunities within fleets and communicating to mid, senior, and C Level Executives regarding product solutions that will fit their needs and enhance the company’s revenue.
The NAR will Represent PeopleNet within assigned accounts, to existing, new and potential customers for the sole purpose of generating revenue through sales of products, and services. They will also be responsible for the development, preparation, and execution of sales strategy within assigned accounts using all internal and external resources at his/her disposal.

The Account Services Administrator is responsible for a group of clients and everything related to those clients, with a primary focus on Fuel Tax Reporting. Customer focus is essential, while keeping business goals in mind in order to maintain efficiency and productivity. This person will work closely with Data Analysts who perform the majority of the review/edits of data exceptions.

PeopleNet is expanding its Tailored Solutions department and adding a technical consulting team. The Associate Integration Developer will be responsible for developing custom Tailored Solutions applications and reports on the PeopleNet Link in accordance with a statement of work. This position may also assist with the core LINK development, roadmap and escalated support as needed.
